However if the special dividend of 3 cents is taken out (probably given as a bonus to celebrate its 60 anniversary of the company), the dividend yield is closer to the average yield of about 3 &ndash 4%. Overall, I would agree that business is good and stable. It holds a reputable name. Although the company expects operating lease expenses (rental) and labour and raw material costs to remain high, the softening rental in shopping malls should be a blessing for OCK. On the other hand, the tight labour market in Singapore is always a headache for retails. The Group&rsquo s new factory in Iskandar Malaysia and expanded factory facilities in Singapore at 2 Woodlands Terrace are expected to be fully operational in the coming months. These will provide the Group with a platform to grow its business both locally and regionally. As listed in its 2015 Annual Report, its Chairman Han Keen Juan has 58.61 direct interest  + 7.33 deemed interest, for a total of 65.94%. But consumers nowadays.....very fickle minded They know things too fast thru internet unlike before ....
