E.g. Stamford Land , Sraits Trading ....etc they share buy back a lot too. |

$1b market cap, 1% is $10m, 7% is $70m.
If one day buy $100k, 10 days is $1m, 100 days is $10m. So $70m needs 700 days. Or about 2.8 years. |

Sorry u scroll backwards from April 2018..may to dec 2018 and jan.2019 directors are buying..up aftrr results out..they buy..aftrr ex dividend share price drop they also bought under themselves or nominees..never sell..buy only..matter of time below 10% public float..as at Dec..bloomberg show 17% public float.. | ||||

sure or not..my cpf holdings average cost $0.50...share price varies from $1.25 to $1.60 cum dividend previously...so normally accumulate now $1.25 to $1.30 by.march u see aftrr results released $1.48 to $1.60
20200@$1.27 acquired by directors on 10th Jan..everyday from Nov to dec to jan directors bought..

20,100 @$1.27..what's co doing everyday buy back under different nominees owned by directors..fye 31Dec ..1-3 months b4 release of results expected sgx rules cannot buy right? maybe announced takeover with release of results as public float 17%..below 10% mandatory offer to minority shareholders..their last price they ever bought was $1.62 in 2018 so mimimum price they must offer is $1.62 | ||||
