If its out or in still :) Not possible for interim dividends ...  if it can give a 0.0005 dividends its a  milestone already  and that could be the real beginning...like the Ossim story after so many donkey years of misery price... 3  ..4 cents..range till ...almost hitting 20 cents...than if they do progress in its business:..can follow the foot steps of Raffle edu..path..) Maybe if it get absorb or RTO by some huge private education company from the USA... or even China and remain listed... it could make a different...

Like i said, look at the charts for UPP, Yoma....suss out the behaviour of the BBs...then come to your own conclusion.. Based on what i see today, there is room for more moves up...
