My take is Taisei will exercise the first tranch warrants at $0.24 :) From another forum :-> Simply because the First Tranche Warrants each carrying the right to subscribe for one Warrant Share are valued at an exercise price of S$0.24 for Taisei Oncho. These trance warrants will expire on 30 June. Given the lower price now, it may make sense for Taisei to buy from the market, but as ISOTEAM stock volume is low... I doubt they can buy much without causing a big price spike. Hence they may exercise their rights to subscribe in full or partially? Also this election year may mean more business for ISOTEAM upgrading/renovation business a few quarters down the road.

ISOTeam bags S$32.5m in new contractsCATALIST-LISTED building-solutions firm ISOTeam on Friday said it has secured S$32.5 million in new projects, bringing its total tally of new contracts in FY2020 so far to S$139.17 million.
The group said the latest round of contract wins is " a bright light against the otherwise gloomy backdrop brought on by the Covid-19 pandemic" .
As it is, Singapore' s construction sector is expected to contract sharply by 10.3 per cent this year in real terms, said Fitch Solutions.
Anthony Koh, ISOTeam executive director and chief executive officer, noted that the contract wins are led by public-sector projects, which the group expects to be the case in the near- to mid-term.

Chiong ah ! ISOTeam wins new contracts totalling S$35.37 million &bull S$86.67 million in new contracts secured year-to-date in FY2020 SINGAPORE, 21 November 2019 &ndash ISOTeam Ltd. (&ldquo ISOTeam&rdquo or together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ), an established and leading player in Singapore&rsquo s building maintenance and estate upgrading industry, has beefed up its order book with new contracts totalling S$35.37 million. This latest win, together with the S$51.30 million jobs it secured in 1Q FY2020, brings the tally of new contracts won by the Group year-to-date in FY2020 to S$86.67 million. This latest batch comprise: &bull Four Repair and Redecoration (&ldquo R& R&rdquo ) projects with a total contract value of approximately S$16.33 million which are expected to be completed by June 2021 &bull Two Addition and Alteration (&ldquo A& A&rdquo ) projects totalling S$17.81 million including carpentry works to a mixed-used commercial building expected to be completed by April 2020 and development, upgrading and maintenance works for the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Jurong Lake Gardens, Fort Canning Park and the Istana, which are expected to be completed by December 2022 &bull Two Interior Design (&ldquo ID&rdquo ) projects with a total contract value of approximately S$0.83 million which are expected to be completed by December 2019 and &bull Two Coating and Painting (&ldquo C& P&rdquo ) projects with a total contract value of approximately S$0.40 million, which are expected to be completed by October 2020.
