x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	For the first time heavy profit taking on short term IPO long holders fuelled the fall by falls of Msian gloves counters hitting below my buying zone of 70 baht my buying signal zone. STGT next few quarters will.probably be humongous as a result of forward order books being fulfilled only on 80% volume fixing and price subject to mkt conditions' balance 20% for spot pricing which will be very much higher due to worsening covid pandemic which is not expected to dissipate soon. STA price fixing is not basis on raw material cost but basis competitors pricing in the mkt. If STA finds out their selling price too low against Supermax pricing the next quarters selling price will be adjusted up accordingly. . Therefor next few quarters pricing on forward books will be higher than the previous quarters. Therefore as long as STGT makes good profits quarterly which I believe so after coming to know their gloves pricing strategy which most STA gloves competitors like Kossan/Suoermax/Top Gloves adopt and as such STA will be a buy and hold for the next few quarters. On that score' the highest target price released by Citibank at 71 baht within 12 month will probably be fulfilled as STA is a well managed company compared to Halcyon a public listed company in Singapore which just reported a first time quarterly humongus loss since their IPO many years back of US$40 Million. Frankly the only way for Halcyon shareholders is to cut losses and switch their stock portfolios to buying STA shares with a high probably of recovering their loss making investment in a one year time line as STA is extremely under valued even at current prices. STA now has the best of both world being a rubber and gloves company at the same go!!!

STA rubber just need to secure a profit for their rubber division for 3rd quarter but up till now I am not able to get a handle on STA 3rd quarters earning as I need abit of time to liaise with my global business associates as to STA rubber profitability. Once I have done my indepth research I shall post accordingly. Many brokerage houses and banks will revise their price target upwards starting next week which will be the impetus for the mkt rise. The all time high 41.2 baht in 2011 was due to rise of rubber prices but this time around the breaking up 41.2 baht($1.82) will be due to STGT gloves earnings of 56% to STA. As such, the trend will be friend until it bends. My estimated TP basis Elliott Wave count will be between 44 baht ($1.94) to 47 baht($2.07)which will be a moving target and subject to change anytime. Pl do your own due diligence as well.

Other glove manufacturers are going to ramp up production and facilities. Aspen also investing into glove making. Sri Trang foresee this and already did well in   the IPO stage. Its a matter of time other investors from all around the world see this and get invested in this. For other glove counters like UG and Riverstone their share price already surge before release of release and that explain the drop after release of result.  Anway let' s hope for the best on Monday. Am sure more banks will come into this counter.
