x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Rights issue settled. Temasek took up full allocation and maintain its 25% intererst in the company. However, another major holder, i.e., Fidelity, did not take up any of the right issues and its holding has dipped to about 8% from 10%. Meanwhile, the Chairman, Mr Lim, kept increasing his holding through open market purchase in the past 2 to 3 days. As it is, the share price did not move but with the company' s promise of keeping the dividend payout rate, can hold and see.
