T official reason is not aware because its deemed interest. That is fine as anyway there should be grace number of days to report. The most STRANGE disclousure is their disposal of 70million shares on 7 feb at average price 0.059. Total volume done on SGX for marco polo is 31,067,000(31million) shares. high low price for 7 feb is 0.045 and 0.05. So again not aware? volume dont match price also dont match. this is the biggest joke. The disclousure is not relevant since its not accurate.

A good example of the rich getting richer. Uob 0.028 in, 0.035 out, 25% profit temasek 0.035 in, 0.059 out, 70% profit. We, the poor, 0.059 in, now 0.045, getting poorer by 25%. Why Temasek do this to us? Deal done on 2 Feb, made known on 9 Feb. 还 有 王 法 吗 ？ | ||||

This is how Temasek (led by Ho Ching still???) made money from fellow singaporeans.
Someone need to scrutinise if any rules or laws were Flouted. Sale by UOB done when? When Temasek bought? Should they not announce the purchase first? This is blatant price manipulation. Of course being dumping the shares so fast, they are sending bad signals they are mere speculators. A joke. Not vested but feel lots of injustice. Someone need to report to somewhere. Spit. Lol |

To date still no news on the buyer of UOB&rsquo s 10.29% stake, strange i tot all transactions must be disclosed within 2/3 trading days. Or the whole lot has been sold to few individuals, but the trade summary on 2/2/18 suggested otherwise lay. | ||||
