x 0   x 1  Alert Admin	ya....in stocks investing, it is best to be able to analyse based on FA and TA ourselves..(don't let other people sway your own independent thinking...listen to and believe in yourself.)...when the analyst call, we are already ahead of them. every house(analsyt) call always have an agenda....many retail investors/punters/traders like to read analyst's reports..thinking that they are the experts offering experts' view....so long " majority" retail investors like to read, they will have a job....whether they are right or wrong....still get to keep their jobs and commission. so long $3.50 support holds just hang on(keep a comfortable size so you won't be Kan Cheong). Noble group is its own class bcos thy deal w more cyclical nature stuffs on the hard side. Hard side I dnt think will come back to the high anytime soon, more dnside risk. Their soft sides r not as robust as the two softies companies yet, as most r deal only to the port side. Anyway, in turns of laggard, olam is the one, with most of the shorts still holding onto their bets on it w each day passing, thy may one day have to lift their shorts as olam force their way out to bcum free cash flow positive n in the mean time expand their sales vol

U will never c analysts go against trend or majority. Thy usually will up target price in a good market maintaining their call even if the companies fundamentals have not change. All analysts by the way r very risk averse. I m in the finance industry, thy r mostly reluctant to even step into the market. Ask them n thy will tell u tat bcos of compliance issues. It's all BS. If u really want to invest, nothing can stop u. Some r even worse, thy ask others their views on the companies thy cover? Wtf! Anyway, I c now most of the foreign houses r giving target prices that can reach the skies. Almost all the local houses r more careful w their calls, bcos thy get a better feel of the sentiment locally. Stock playing so difficult? Aiyo, just buy the stocks that u r comfortable holding n most importantly dare to buy when really all the news r turning ur stomach upside dn n sell when every news seems good news while u notice tat u can't really gauge if later mths thy can sustain that earnings flow or stock prices seems to doing a breather. When prices at a breather, it's wise to take some profit off, bcos it only tells u 1 thing, players themselves r unsure of the mths ahead n thy r flipping ard that price range to churn, y wan to b trap w them? Better do take some profit n hold some right. Dnt understand y all the fights abt on the predictions n news. Put energy on something more meaningful I think will b better. Like how to do some sideline biz to boost income, something tats more certain.
