Target price set was 1.85 with the assumption that Q2 profit is at 600mill Thai bhat. But it exceeded the expectations by almost twice the profit. So the current price is damn undervalued and given the rubber price is back up again in the last few days, can expect even more profits than q2 next quarter. Factoring in all this, TP should be somewhere between 2.5-3. wait for the TP on Monday, there will be huge upside. All people currently holding STA, don't give up at an easy price on Monday. Expect atleast 40-50% in the next two days. Also, vaccine news won't have much effect on STA as their profits don't just come from glove

Honestly, the increase in profit from Q1 to Q2 quite disappointing even with increasing ASP for gloves. Just my 2 cents...correct me if i am wrong.

Citi banks target is a long term target of 71 Baht (S$3.13) probably for a 12 months period and I do not think that is a far fetched target after viewing strong potential earnings from STGT in the next few quarters of 56% contribution to STA for the next few quarters thereafter besides rubber prices having bottomed out in the month of March 2020 low for the rest of the year. Please do your own due diligence and if you are interested in knowing about technical indicators, you may goggle under the heading Sri Trang Agro SGX by Investing Com. Have an enjoyable weekend and I hope there is a market reaction upwards on monday's trading due to STA having performed much better after 2nd quarters result release today.
