I will only buy a company when I know everything is working A ok with no problem in the business model.. the tell-tale sign of a business that will fail eventually is in the financial account.. scrutinise it with a " big" magnifying glass.  Don' t just look at the revenue and profit   also look at other detail such as account receivable,  trade payable and cash flows etc.

MLM is a great way to sell esp when retail spaces are getting more expensive and on-line competitions are getting fiercer.   Unfortunately,  MLM has also the ugly side i.e. pyramid selling. If an MLM is actual getting its proper retail sales with customers actually buying,  this business model is perfectly ok. But there is no way to check this from their financial reports.   But if it is only the distributors buying,  then they will eventually drop out if the products bought are accumulating in the basement and not selling.. when that happen,  one would see many of these distributors are not paying their goods in time and the account or trade receivable of the company' s account will be piling up..Let hope it is not happening in BWL..

Don' t think one can find their products in the market except through their respective centres which many have been closed down (because no business?  They explained direct selling better results).  Think they will have to show that the customers are there getting their value and not only the members..which are termed as distributors..

MLM company is ok as long as their business model is to provided on the basis of training more distributors to sell its products.  The legitimate one will give discounts to its members so that they can sell with a profit in the market.  They would also provide trainings and specify the number of hours the members would have to meet up with the customers and report it back.  To get promoted,  the members will have to earn Volume Points (VP),  the more they sell the more VP accumulated.. such MLM can go into many tiers,  some as much as 11 to 12 tiers.. Herbalife is one of such company

On the opposite end,  there are MLM who said they sell their products through strong memberships.  Analysis will show that their members have to pay for the membership and in return,  the company will give them rebates, incentives and bonuses depending on memberhship they bought.  The company will promise the members that they can get more than they paid for and bonuses will be give when they recruit more members under them.      Usually,  the members will find it easier to sell membership than to sell the products especially when the products are sold to them without much discounts.  The company would have more informatoin about its membership than its customers because members are actually its customers. 

I am afraid,  Best World Lifestyle is following the second business model

yea, i personally also dont like mlm company.. many years ago, think mlm business model had attracted singaporeans attention (sunshine empire scam) and quite a few had participated in it.. now best world trying to enter china market.. dunno if this mlm concept is a new idea in their market or not.. assuming it' s something new, then it potentially can attract tonnes of ppl to become their distributors.. mlm business is about qty of ppl, so china is really a big market.. if bestworld is able to convince & get many ppl to become their distributors & buy their products, then they make money.. many ppl become distributors ' cos they dream to become " businessmen" , probably not so much as because they believe in the products.. many mlm business is in a sense, more about its ability suck & get new distributors who buy the company products, rather than the products being good
