TT will start to earn positively from next year! RWS and BigBox no same. TTI and Genting also different. TTI EPS is -$0.034. Losing money in the last 8-9 years and lost S$ 26 million in last FY. Without bigBox cost in, the net asset per share of TTI is negative of around 3-4 cents. TTI have about 1 billion share. How much more revenue to generate enough profit to have a positive EPS? See their auditor KPMG say in SGX/NET on 16th July 2014. " Basis for disclaimer of opinion The Company is being restructured under a Scheme of Arrangement (the &ldquo Scheme&rdquo ) sanctioned by the Court of Appeal in Singapore on 13 October 2010. The Company&rsquo s ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on the successful implementation of the Scheme, the profitability of future operations, the ability to secure financing as and when required, and the continuing support of bank and other creditors, suppliers and other parties. The Group has incurred a net loss of $26,798,000 for the year ended 31 March 2014 as set out on page 43. In addition, as at 31 March 2014, the Group and the Company are in a net current liabilities position of $14,607,000 and $6,019,000, respectively. These factors indicate the existence of material uncertainties which may cast significant doubt about the Company&rsquo s ability to continue as a going concern." |

main structure to 8 floor already, need time to do in-door works, Big box will birng big money to TT next year! If you rememberr, when Genting intl was also losing $ when do constructing RWS. That time genting stock ~S$0.8. after completion and earning, climping uo to S$2.3! JE is good location , pls check GEM and westgate rental rate! Buy stock for future, not based on past time. |

In one SGX announcement, TTI Management say TOP of BigBox will be in August 2014. Company also say BigBox will be operational by Dec 2014. FearValueGreed, please read the fine print of each announcement. The shares are offered to the husband and wife by many scheme creditors pursuant to their right of first refusal under the Scheme of Arrangement of the Company on 14 July 2014. They may have no choice but to buy.... I still can not understand why would anyone pay $0.172 for a company which have EPS of -$0.0324 and negative NTA? |

Newbies better stay out of this one........................... ppl will sell in bulks...........it will fall very steep when those fellow pump it u[p and sell............... " ONGOING concern" ...............continouse looses...who will hold it for long ? Many will get out on opportunity..... Can only say that much - BUT these lots will say...no risk no gain :) Those are ppl already commited and hold on to large hordes of their shares no choice........ Once it move a little more.........those hordes will start to sell and secure their profits...........others will be stranded with high priced ...and hope.....and hope... Good luck........... |

A company like this - never make money . every year loose BIG money............... Earn and pay back loans......... OCBC at one stage went to court to try to wrap it up........... It should still be bankrupt... I don' t know if its the only one bankurpted company still listed on SGX... Make more than 3 years of looses.........continuosely......... Shareholders will never see any dividents...so why ppl buy its share ? NO benefits one...only to play their shares.............hope it goes up.tats the only way ppl make $...........try to pump the so call good news.... and look how much share float they have...............the only way to survive is via more share issue at discount......rights..... How many times already ?.............never make money further dilute its NTA.............. NO future this one...only syndicates and small timer playing its shares try to push up than sell.......... There are really NO tangible advantage in owning its share besides hoping.......that some section push up its share price........ Rights is for ? $ for operational survival and pay back loans... pay salaries..pay rent.... |

Check is this under sgx watch list ? Bankrupt still ? Its the parent company of Akira right ? what I knew last time, OCBC try to force it to be disolve it to be closed.... it was a big issue of survival............ BUT it survive that time the other but is its making more than 3 years of continouse loss ? Or it already turn back into the black ? Any update ? It was 2.5 - 5 cents at one stage during the force closure saga.........by its creditor.......... ding dong untill now......... Is it already out of SGX watch list ? |
