Without up size, new shares increased by 6.7% With up size, the increase will be 8.4%. That means NAV will go even lower! For nothing we see our shares lost in value!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	About the past dpu..... I don' t know where you guys got the figures from, so many different numbers were quoted. According to my master list records, it should be as follows FY19, total dpu was $0.099 which at current price is about 8% yield FY20, pandemic year, total dpu, a pathetic $0.0333  FY21, 1H dpu, $0.0423 plus advance 2H dpu $0.027, total so far $0.693... and we got 3.4 moths to go! I expect final dpu to be same as pre FY 20, which should give us a constant 5 to 7% ( depending on your buying price).
