Now it looks like they gonna buy back the PE business, take it private and obtain another oil and gas business. What for obtain another oil and gas business? The PE business is profitable and growing decently. Now they want to buy it back and then purchase another oil and gas business that is uncertain whether it'll succeed. They should list their intentions properly.. Which they never will.. Cause catalist stock.. They have not disclosed the offer price for the PE business. In the first place the CEO should not even make an offer for the PE business and cut away its cash flow. My guess is he will buy it on the cheap and flip it to sell at a high price. Why didn?t he do a GO for GSS. Minority shareholders will be short changed.

I haven?t done mu numbers but I think GSS is probably undervalued at the moment based on current share price. Now they are in negotiations to sell it away?
