The chickens are running again. So I grabbed a couple of them. BUY orders at 2.68, 2.67 and 2.66 filled. If teok stuck, I will hold. At these prices, teok stuck is okay one. Coz within the next 12 months, she will show us 2.80 to 2.84 again. DOWN days I do bargain hunting. UP days, I do profit taking. .

I squatted all day at 2.72 but she didnt come to lick me. So I licked her instead at 2.71 during pre-closing and collected $608 in kopi lui for this 2-day trade. .

My boys are in their foxholes at 2.67 and 2.68. They will wait for an UP day to grab a few bids and parachute back to base camp. Drop Zone is projected at Sector 2.70-2.74. .

Even before the recent share price declines in this space this REIT was already trading with one of the lowest DPU yields. Since then, this REIT has fallen less than most. The current DPU yield is barely above US treasuries, let alone other REITs that are less geared. | ||||

This time it is different. This time round, Wall Street is not just doing a pullback. It is starting to look more like a correction, meaning, a fall of more than 10% from the Last High. Where it will end, no one knows. It can be anywhere from 10% to 19%. If it crosses the 20% mark, then that' s bear market territory. As of now, market watchers are not saying bear market is on its way. But a correction is on its way...this one, they are saying it. Hence, I believe the support at 2.61 will break. Below that, the next support is at 2.50. Then 2.45. I would wait for 2.61 to break and then I will follow her down. When she turns, nibble some. |

Time to plough your land and sow your seeds. Sowing time has finally come. .  Within the next 12 mths, we will see Ascendas trade back up to 2.80-2.83 region. That' s when it is time to harvest your crops. But if you did not sow your seeds, then wont have anything to harvest. .

Support levels are at 2.67.... then 2.65....then 2.61. Start nibbling in tranches at 2.67. If she drops to 2.65...take another bite. If can see 2.61...take a few more bites. Buy in tranches. The idea is to always have ammo to add if she falls unexpectedly to below the above support levels. If let' s say 2.61 also breaks, then observe a ceasefire and follow her down. Wait for her to U-turn first. By then, the broader market would have U-turned as well. And you will see all the good REITs trading higher. That' s when you ka ka bite her and add. When the next high tide returns, you are looking at 2.80 to 2.84. Buy only with money you have. No contra. No margin. Most likely, you will be fine. That' s what I will do with my own money. You think about what you want to do with yours. Do your homework.
