x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	From Oxley' s latest press release on Dublin development sales: " Total consideration from the development and sale of the commercial and residential developments is EUR745.4 million and the Group is entitled to EUR591.5 million while National Asset North Quays DAC receives the balance.  " For overseas development, cash is only received upon completion and not as the properties are completed, like in SG. This should really swell OHL' s cash balances. Could total ~$1.4b - $1.5b cash by Jun 2020. (After recent redemption of its $300m retail bond in Nov, probably ~$150m left currently sitting on its balance sheet. Add in recent UE share sale (~$300m), and Dublin and other progressive development sales cash receipts over 1H2020  (~$1b)  = est. $1.4b - $1.5b) Distributing just a quarter    of this cash balance as dividends  (let us  assume, to be conservative, that they decide to keep the rest for accumulating land bank for the next cycle of developments) gives around 8 cents per share. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I actually prefer if they hold Stevens hotels and get recurring income so it can move its business model away from development to real estate holding company. They intended to hold Chevron to also to diversify and earn commercial/retail property income. Doing so reduce share price volatility.
