But u can also lose too, now the china rally ebbing and stock moving back it cash value 0.35-0.355. Everyone just be patient and wait for value unlock when debt investment matured later this year. Management hopefully give hint latetr this month in full year result. Thw potential capital return is huge, would swing back stock price to day1 listing price. As long u don trade and stay invested, don matter the price movement as YZJFH stock price tied to amt of free cash available in sg and china. The more cash it hold, the higher stock price go. YZJFH cash she!! company with business transition in progress. The full year report would give hint on value unlock in DI and dividend, net profit most likely drop 35-40% due to relocation of fund from debt investment to other financial assets.
It would take years for YZJFH to establish fund portfolio while stock price reflect total free cash. Current cash pile = S$1.25B+ appro S$0.35, would get boosted by another $1b+ in 1h after most DI mature and become free cash. Just enjoy Ur $0.02 dividend unless they decided to give more. |

Debt investment currently at S$2.528b 56% of total asset. Assuming no major writedown and DI matured 90% in 2023. This would result in cash flow of S$2.27B. according to spinoff plan 30% in DI that is abt S$1.2B after YZJFH repositioning. Eliminating everything at end 2023, it had in excess of minimum S$1.2B**.free cash excluding current cash. Current market condition with rising interest rate, conservative caution approach taken. Nothing much for YZJFH to invest in plus low stock price in SGX would discourage any potential investors from investing in GP fund etc. Best to just distribute excess cash and delist it from SGX. When business more established can seek relist through IPO. YZJFH listed through introduction which is rare in SGX as 99% list through IPO this implies it not Gona stay listed for long. The whole spinoff is to unlock value in both yzj shipping and YZJFH, nothing more or less. |

With US China great power rivary ongoing till 2030 YZJFH china asset would be resigned to zero valuation by market makers in SGX. Best choice for investors is to split money then delist. 1H would see revaluation of stock price as 80% debt matured and converted to cash. Stock price would reflect cash hold. All kind of good news from china growth would be ignored by market in SGX as american h edge fund dominant hete. | ||||

return capital , i think not likely. the earning should be resonable and expect at least 2 cents dividend. the real estate situations in china is recovering well especially in tier 1 cities. acitivities and business are going up. soon we will see them back to normal for DI. wild card is how much did they made with their cash in the recent run up of stock prices? short term return not so sure one. but in a few years they will shine. look at similar stock hotung which is much smaller and in startup investment. their stock price has move in a range of 140 to 220. and valuation price/book about 60+%. think yzjfh will be around there as well, with each of their mezzanine finance listing the profit surge a bit. DI provide a steady return for dividend payment. therefore my estimate range. 68 to 78 with upward tendency as their business grow. if 2cents dividend pay in may the annualized return is about 16% at current price. dyodd |

Be patient YZJFH not for fast money trading, it value investing but need time.90% of total DI $2.528b going to matured this year with 80% by 1h. YZJFH would had excess cash over $1b after reducing size of DI to 30% from 56%. If they returned money back to investors in form of special dividend then u see stock price tracking it. |

If big fish contunue to collect at 0.375 and 0.38, it is very possible. 0.39 and up. Then with a dividend and the short cover. We can just collect the dividend and see. By then sell half and take half for dividend.
