Sometimes I see the comments on the share price, I have to take a second look because based on the comments it seemed that whole market went up and only YZJF' s share price drop but no leh, many others also dropped. In gist, still early days lah, see what pattern they give first when the result is due. Got profits, got dividend, then slow and steady should win the game. If no profits or dividend pattern like 0.0005 cent type then yes, all lnvestors get conned but now let' s be patient.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	those who did not pay in time is not a worry at all. it will meant more income. if they paid interest ok right. if no pay also ok. take collateral. with lock down removed,  property winter over, in spring everthing is starting to boom again. see the china pmi is 50.1. this is expansionary. property will still be a valid way to restart economy. huge multiplier effect from property activities.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Don worry too much on the 770m NPL in real estate DI, most likely they repaid the interest last year through cheap financing from china state owned banks. might write back the provision and financial adjustment in PE as china stock market rally strongly after china lifted COVID restriction in Dec. But the DI in real estate might roll over to next year and beyond to support property market with guarantee from state owned banks for interest repayment.

The initial listing price indicative of projected cashflow post di maturing. Estimated at 55% of total asset in cash. if YZJFH decided to do capital reduction and distribute majority of DI investment back to investors, figure can be higher since they never put a exact figure on portfolio just %.

Recent blip in yzjFH share price means share buyback is not possible (as it exceeds 105%) 4.     Senior Ren owns 26% of yzjFH.  What' s cooking?

The shipping counter already achieved it aim, now it time to unlock value in debt investment. Not surprised if YZJFH decided to do capital reduction and distribute excess cash when 90% DI matured this year. It might be privatised too since it got no established business model. in short YZJFH listing exist to unlock value and returned excess cash to investors.

After a mild correction, wave patterns might last for another four more weeks until the announcement of kind, long-waited dividend. ( Dividend % term is not so important for first year, but Mgt must issue CD to encourage strong -will retail investors for their stressful support.)

The counter can only cheong if big players come in, we kacang puteh cannot affect the price. Only ride on the coattails of big funds. Will buy more if dividend cash comes in, my litmus test for their numbers are well & not BS. Vested for long haul.  Happy Bunny Year everyone.

Seen more big players around last few days, they need to buy back slowly for various reasons, in order to do that they have to keep selling to prevent price being over heated. Now we need bigger players to play up the mkt 🤣
