YFH FY22 NPAT will likely range between $180m ~ $250m against its earlier guided $220m, depending on whether more provisions are needed for the NPL in Q4. So FY22 dividend will likely range 0.02 ~0.027 per share, giving a yield of 5.5% ~ 7.4% at today 0.365 close. The key issue is still the progressive update status of the $762m NPL. NPL is NOT bad debt. And even if these NPL do in the " most remotely probable chance" that all turn bad, there is still the 1.2~2.3x collaterals lien against the bad debt. And again, in the most remotely probable chance that all these collaterals have somehow degraded to zero, the impact on YFH is a mere reduction of $762m or $0.21/share on its NAV, plus the loss of future earnings from these written off DI. YFH operational capability will not be affected this NAV reduction financially, and its balance sheet will continue to remain Net Cash and rock solid. So let' s all sit back and watch if there are going to be fireworks in YFH after CNY ....

On the day when it was on its way up, I saw millions and millions of buying up at 36, 36.5, 37 to lesser extend, at 37.5. No retailers were capable of buying millions and millions of shares up like that. Those of us already have the shares, just sit tight, standby some spare change and buy again at the price we feel comfortable. For me, it is 33 cents or below if it ever come to that. If not, then just have to sit tight.  HVRRVH      ( Date: 11-Jan-2023 15:26) Posted: Hmm... a bit of price actions ongoing. 1 million shares sold down to 35 cents at 1501 hr, 1 million shares buy back up to 35 cents at 1510 hr plus put in 2 million shares queue at 35 cents and start attacking 35.5 cents. Personally I will not join the buy party(ies) in case buyers not resolute enough. Wait and see first.
