Isoteam bought back about 1 mil shares (11 sessions) after it' s bonus issue and paused after 1 April. On 15 Nov it resumed its buy back efforts and in just 6 sessions (15th, 16th, 18th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd) has bought back about 3.5 mil shares. Something very good is happening with this company. |

Isoteam is on the catalist and not mainboard so only has to post earnings report every 6 months. The next P& L announcement for them should be Feb17.

A a final (tax exempt one-tier) dividend of 0.75 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2016 (the &ldquo Dividend&rdquo ), which was approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25 October 2016. Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 3 November 2016 will be entitled to the Dividend. |
