That alone is 0.120 excluding potential interim dividends (7-10% targeted to be paid out for FY2021 based on record earnings, 1.2 percent miserable dividends is from FY2020 profits which they paid out 98% of profits from Anyang Jiutian according to their filings) and new factory catalyst . What do you think the pacman is buying for? I think he is thinking much bigger than most retailer sellers who only happy with 20-25% returns. He may be thinking of 50-80% returns assuming he bought at 0.080 levels up...

Also, it seems the 5.8% dividends in FY 2021 declared was from Anyang Jiutian' s profits in 2020, hence 2021' s record high profits are still to be distributed this FY. This should be the 7-10 percent dividend yield hinted by CIMB. Can the future dividend be distributed 1/2 yearly? The Company does not have a specific dividend policy. Nonetheless, the Management after reviewing the performance of the Company in the relevant financial year will make appropriate recommendation to the Board. In FY2021, we paid an interim tax-exempt dividend in June 2021 and the Board proposed in February 2022 a final tax-exempt dividend, which will be paid in May 2022 if approved at the upcoming AGM. Going forward, we target to maintain 2 distributions a year where possible.

On pg 9 of the AR2021, it was stated that the new 100,000-ton Methylamine plant is now at the approval stage with the relevant authorities. What the main factors involved for the delay in the approval of this new plant? What is the estimated capex for this new plant? The Ministry of Environmental Protection of China has strengthened the environmental protection management control requirements, resulting in local authorities tightening the approval for high-energy-consumption and high-emission related projects. We are in the process of finalising an expansion plan, details of the expansion plan including capex will be announced in due course.

If u felt like tp-ing at 90/91 and at 94/95 last few weeks then u will def feel like tping here 104/105.
