His filing claimed 'discovered' which usually means unintended or unauthorized. Hope it was a genuine mistake but he will not likely to buy back even if he can make a decent profit at current price due to corporate governance or SGX regulation on Directors/CEO trading its own shares. Perhaps he can distribute the proceeds to his sibling who can buy on his behalf !

Ezra said that it will consolidate every eight  shares into one  share in order to ensure it complies with the minimum trading price of S$0.20 ($0.14) required for Mainboard-listed stocks. Shares will be consolidated prior to March 1, leaving Ezra with 367,800,122 shares on the market at a paid-up share capital of $624,736,00. Having begun the year at $0.099, Ezra Holdings shares were trading 14.3% down this afternoon  at $0.060. Last week  the company  posted  a quarterly loss of $53.7m.

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	I' d stick my neck out to say oil touching 100 in three yrs is possible.  First, China continues to import at record volume in 2015.  True, they did it cos oil was  perhaps more than  dirt cheap, to borrow a common cliche.  The upside of this is that  it has probably kept px from tanking even more.  The downside, on the other hand,  is that,  since they' ve stocked up so much, it' d put a lid on px for a longer period.  Overall though, with the Yuan at a more realistic level, n having imported so much oil at such a low px, PRC exports might have gained a more competitive edge than what  a lot of us may have figured it out to be.  My optimism therefore is that China wld likely turn the corner earlier than what the fear experts might wish.  Once that happens, there is really no telling how fast the tide will turn, especially if genuine incremental demand from China, given my take of an improving economy. gains a quick hold.  The short squeeze cld  possibly cause a stampede (to load rather than unload) in the near future.    Furthermore, one other pt that struck me when reading abt the latest data out of the PRC was that increase in consumption, thankfully, was offsetting a decline in exports.  Now, do we not recall that part of the structural reforms being put in motion there was to shift from an over reliance on exports to a more consumption-based economy?  So, probably we cld be seeing the buds out already although perhaps still painfully gradual.  Other tha the PRC, another  view I' d like to advance is that the rehabilitation of Iran (sorry for the cynicism) might also lend more than a little spark to spurring the tepid global economy, given how far the west has starved it of all manners of development n growth these last few years which,  to my mind,  must have removed substantially more momentum from their own GDPs than they' d  be man enough to  admit.  Therefore, the revised normal cld be Draghi facing the cameras with a broader smile in the not-too-distant future.  Already, almost immediately after desanctionalisation Europe was plugged into sweet music when Iran announced plans for a huge order from Airbus.  So, there we have it, a lot more optimism to look forward to.  That' s how I see things coming.   destinykraze      ( Date: 19-Jan-2016 23:56) Posted: alan don' t sabotage other if you wanna do crazy stunt. $100/barrel is impossible for the next 3 years. unless there is war. talk is cheap. i also can say oil can hit $200, because of world war 3/ alien invasion.
