Longist like me can go shake leg without doing anything and watch shortist fight. pasttime      ( Date: 17-Dec-2022 08:26) Posted: bul bear fight yesterday continues. was especially brutal at closing. can see bull add and bear continue to add to block the up. after close bull managed to get some bear fur.  traded value for whole market was good at 1.6b.  hope next week bull can continue to work up 0.5 cents. bear should be planning a retreat as we come nearer to 1st financial year reporting after listing. hope bear can cover safely and turn bull. still hoping for at least 2 cents dividend. us market now start to talk about recession after fed said they are done with aggressive interest rate up but continue interest up to till 5+% to move inflation to their desire range. sure they have to say that or usd index will drop. a money flow away from usd is not good for their bond auctions as they need money  pay those maturing bond and cover budget spend. oil price is down as 5 dec $60 max oil price for russia source start and no cause immediate shortage. it will be interesting to see a reduction in millions of barrels per day go as china open up from covid-19 lock down. ev cars. more ice manufacturers are producing ev models. gm will have many new models in 2023. ev road is more crowded now. gm car owner will still prefer to buy back gm model not tesla. the days of fast grow of new ev car brand may be gone.  electrical grid is going to be a problem and power plant capacity.  solar, wind and other clean electricity source need money and time to build.  copper will be higher demand as more ev car will need more copper wire. building of additional grid will also increased copper demand. china open up will also increased demand. expect copper price up as quite sure event just when. have a good weekend all.

Time is on our side. Once dividend is announced I will borrow money to buy more shares, never let SS to escape, fun. haha

You may ask as how many profitable local company which can offer dividend similar to YZJFH potential dividend in 2023? frankly, not many.

See if any positive news from YZJFH like successful GE fund setup or easing of DI in real estate as borrower repaid interest owned etc. Sg counter like genting seeing boost as return of china tourist would jack up earning.

YZJFJ has 700m NPL as per recent announced report. Those 700m NPL likely need to write off. Insider know NPL long time ago, so they keep on shorting everyday. Why spin off YZJFH from YZJSB? The answer is to get rid of bad apple. In my personal opinion, YZJFH will be like other bankrupted conpany in the future.. Before spin off YZJFH NTA was 4b+, it will drop to below 1b and 100m, if debtor not able to pay back or dont want to pay back, it is very common in china... I hope everyone can learn from the bankrupted company lesson... Those all in YZJFH, need to do risk assement. DYODD...

After spinoff the mistreat just transfer to YZJFH while YZJSH soared to region peer valuation. DI very toxic for stock price, by reducing it from 56% to 30% would help stock valuation next year. Be very patient. With china bank pumping money to help real estate tide over their debt interest payment, the 750m NPL just temporary, they reverse it once interest payment repaid. Real estate DI most likely roll over and not claimed, it form a significant portion of the 30% DI as long interest paid on time no NPL very simple. Most likely YZJFH would recover next year to around 0.7 NTA as market ignor the DI portion.

How is the moron going to hide his face after tagging zero covid to his name and now backfired until he has to backdown. Hope he just disappear and let a more positive and realistic person take over. See all those drips from cars, if they are real, it really shows very very bad planning. I am hoping with SSE comeback, YZJ fin will finally get price it deserves, at least 70 cents.
