It still makes one wonder why the previous owner Lin Daofeng has not withdrawn his pledge of RMB200M loan to Asia Fashion (on demand, if needed by Asia Fashion) now that he is out of any links with Asia Fashion.  I hope I have not read the annoucement wrongly.

Wonder why SGX has not asked for details of the business failures in the past - how is it possible that customers come back to sue Asia Fashion for several hundred millions after a few years, claiming faulty products, with no details of application failures provided. And then the case just got settled in a way like a Hollywood movie script.  Marvellous!
