Very good adea..!! Hope Sheng Siong, NTUC,Prime Super, Ustar ,AngMo take over PSC. The Tat Seng Packaging share price already worth 0.89 , PSC hod over 63% of TSP and this leech want to privitise and pay share holder merely 0.40.. Fcuk him big... whoever offer more than 80c then will sell my share to them.

He' s not trying to squeeze other people out of the company. He has to make an offer (which is why it is called " mandatory" because he bought a 10% stake from Sin Huat. One question is if the company is so cheap why is Sin Huat selling at this price? Looks like they are selling at a loss if you exclude the dividends they have received these few years, so it is not like they are running for the hills with their pot of gold. |

Sam Goi is a business man, he is not here to do charity. If we are pissed off with such lowball offer, either we gather enough to block the deal? Or vote with your feet sell and buy others? Honestly, he has been doing share purchase and buyback over the years. If you have followed suit, your average cost would be much lower that 40c. If Sam is " charitable" enough to buy at NTA, then he shouldn' t be a billionaire he is to begin with. |

As at 31/12/2024, PSC NTA = 61.68 I don' t think anyone will accept and sell at 40 which is way below NTA |
