The wait is almost over. On 9 June, we will be unveiling our S$30M automated sortation hub which will triple our small-medium parcel capacity and push total output to 400,000 parcels a day.
A major leap forward for SingPost &mdash building a smarter, more resilient logistics network.

Ok lah.. was expecting even on 30th June there will be no news. Pleasant surprise for me.

AI manufacturers/developers/data centers all went up.... what about companies that use physical AI such as singpost?

3) div histical low over last decades
got no objection if he insist to keep the building as cashcow but mailing must go, don' t tell me about AI improvement on
efficiency, useless since he himself declare structure decline, using the hot word AI only makes him stupid, 
you can increase 200% efficiency but by then only 200 mail a day ....got use meh?
Don' t even know he is slapping himself, that' s the worst and need maket to slap him....
Hopefully T / S can see it and change him with someone better
nothing wrong with Singpost financially but not the ceo. market had spoken
hope he learn this lessen and provide something better during the agm.

 Alert Admin 		Selling SPC and returning to shareholders as dividends only benefit the shareholders in the short term. Keeping and upgrading SPC allow the management to bide time and figure out what to do next or wait for further instructions from the bosses above.

Since the new Chairlady and CEO came onboard, share price movement has been very disappointing,dropping by more than half, before ex special dividend last year. Personally, I am also not in favour of redevelopment of Singpost bldg even if the government grant approval on increase in building height, etc. The costs of redevelopment will be exorbitant - paying land betterment charges , high construction costs, etc etc. Cashpile will be wiped off and no income at all during the few period, say 3-4 years. Will attend the AGM if I am in town on that day. Hope more retail, minor shareholders and whoever is displeased with their performance or new strategy will vote NO to resolutions on re-election of directors and directors fees to show their unhappiness, even though we know it will be passed

Don?t even need 700m bro. With SP own cash position, the net cash outlay is only 200m+. But I think it would be really unfair for current shareholder. Even 15-20% discount to book value is like 60 cents at least.

Unfortunately only when companies are doing well like DBS which are confident will return capital. Otherwise the management would want to keep the money. Why? So that they can pay the bill down the road. Remember whether building or money, if you cannot control it, it may mean nothing.
